COLOURANT LEVELS

Press reports and concerns about the use of colourants in food products in South Africa, during the early part of 2005, led SAAFFI to convene a Special General Meeting on 15th April 2005 to discuss the situation. An announcement clearly stating the attitude of SAAFFI Members was published on 22nd April, 2005.
