Thank you for your Organisation’s interest in becoming a Member of the South African Association of the Flavour & Fragrance Industry.

SAAFFI has 5 broad membership categories for organisations based in South Africa:

Full membership for Manufacturers & Suppliers of Flavourings and/or Fragrance Compounds, as well as Manufacturers and Suppliers of products closely aligned to the flavour & fragrance industry

Associate membership for Suppliers of Raw Materials and/or certain Services to Manufacturers and Suppliers of Flavourings and/or Fragrance Compounds

Partner membership for those companies who procure flavourings and/or fragrance compounds for incorporation into their products.

Introductory membership is available at a reduced membership fee under certain circumstances.. This option only applies to companies who are eligible to become a Full Member i.e are based in South Africa and are directly involved in the F&F industry.

International Membership available to Manufacturers & Suppliers of Flavourings and/or Fragrance Compounds, as well as Manufacturers and Suppliers of products closely aligned to the flavour & fragrance industry who do not have offices or an official business presence within South Africa

This will be used on your webpage of the SAAFFI website (see https://saaffi.co.za/current-members/) to enable visitors to select the most appropriate organisations to contact. It will also appear on the List of Members sent to all SAAFFI Members from time to time.

You may also wish to customize your webpage on the SAAFFI website, below your “Business Description”. This can be done in various ways. You may want to post particular promotional material, add some specific advertising over and above the brief description of your business interests, or even go as far as adding your corporate look and feel to the page. SAAFFI collects data for the purposes of managing and administering the smooth running of the association. Your entity’s information will be used for billing purposes. It also enables visitors to find the most appropriate Member to contact as a potential supplier. The personal information is needed to ensure efficient communication and dissemination of information.

For others within your Organisation to whom information of a general nature (News Flashes, invitations to training etc) should be sent direct by email, please subscribe them here.

It is recommend that a link be set up between the SAAFFI website and your own. If you are in agreement, please indicate this by ticking the box below, and send your logo as a good quality jpg or gig file to info@saaffi.co.za along with the full web address to which the link should go.

SAAFFI’s financial year runs from January to December. Those becoming Members during the year will be credited pro-rata for the elapsed time.
