- 3 years experience running the quality and food safety DEPARTMENT at Sally Williams Fine Foods (nougat and CONFECTIONERY) working with, implementing and MAINTAINing HACCP and FSSC 22000 (2012-2016)
- 1 year EXPERIENCE running my own SUCCESSFUL bakery from home (2016)
Matriculated with a Matric exemption.
Graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a Bsc degree in microbiology and biotechnology
