Elaine has a B.Tech in Food Technology, and has worked in the South African flavour industry since 1994. She possesses a special interest and recognised expertise in flavours for emulsions and beverages.

Christy holds a B.S. in Biochemistry, and has worked since 2008 as a chemist and later as global manager for regional & global strategic accounts within the beverage, confectionery, and personal care categories.
