Padma Sridharan holds a degree in Chemical and Bioprocess engineering. She is the panel leader of the sensory evaluation team, where she plans, coordinates and trains panelists in tasting sessions internally. She is also part of the nutrition segment where she provides solutions through hands-on trials at the Essentia Innovation Center, Denmark.

Rita Cold holds a degree in process- and biotechnology. Her experience spans meat, savory, nutrition, and analogue cheese. Relevant knowledge exchange and understanding customer needs and requirements are her drivers for creating exciting, attractive applications. She manages a team of Application specialists who provide technical solutions

Karel Decroos holds a masters degree in Bio-engineering Sciences followed by a PhD at Ghent University (Belgium). He has worked as Director of Process Development and Scale-up in the API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) industry, and he joined Bienca as Director of R&D in August 2019
