The presenter, Anna Cheely is a Senior Scientist/Culinary Chef at Kalsec. She worked in restaurants in New York City before receiving her masters degree with an emphasis in sensory science. Anna splits her time between the laboratory at Kalsec, located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and traveling to educate others and to share her passion from culinary and technical expertise of extracts and the food industry.

For Non-Members: R900 per person per training session.
Lectures will be presented in English
Invoicing will be handled by Sharon Bolel on behalf of SAAFFI. Invoices will be emailed in response to bookings. Only those who have paid in time will be able to attend.
The cost includes light refreshments before and during each presentation, parking, a certificate of attendance issued by SAAFFI and course notes where applicable.
