Job Description:
The role is supporting the Regulatory Affairs Manager who is responsible for ensuring that Kerry is conducting its business responsibly regarding Product Specification Sheets, Technical Documents, Customer Questionnaires and in the application of Kosher & Halaal certification of products. There are three statutory entities falling under the scope of this role (South Africa, Nigeria and Kenya).New Kosher and Halaal Applications – pulling all information together on raw materials in order to apply for Kosher & Halaal certification and maintaining the search function for the certificates. Customer Questionnaires – completion of customer questionnaires. Product Technical Data & Material Data Sheets – populating the Kerry Spec template with info including ingredients declaration and nutritional information. Maintaining of the data base. Calculating % Banding specifications for export documents. Maintaining SFDC with customer technical document requests. Work with teams across R&D technologies and Sales
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma in Food Science or related discipline.
3 years’ experience in R&D or food manufacturing placement with enough R&D knowled
