Additional comments:
I am a diligent, adaptable and organized Food Scientist with an MSc Food Science where I investigated the effects of dough sheeting, sourdough fermentation and pre-gelatinized starch on maize based bread. I am currently a Product Development Technologist at Sovereign Foods in the Eastern Cape, where I deal with improvement and development of poultry products. I have learnt that there so many ways to eat a chicken. I previously worked at Famous Brands as a NPD Food Technologist where I dealt with a wider product category such as Baking, Confectionary, Ice Cream, Coffee and Meat.
