I have more than 15 years experience in the FMCG industries and more specifically in the food regulatory services. Import and local control of all dairy products, imitation dairy and edible ices. Mainly at the manufacturers as well as retail and importers to ensure compliance in terms of quality and labelling. Interpretation of results after testing, and reporting to clients. Consultation with clients and doing label evaluation nationally on all dairy products.

Enforcing the Liquor Products Act in the Western Cape which includes:
Import and export control of all liquor products as well as local trade inspections in liquor stores and shops and bars to check if products are compliant, as well as label approvals of new and existing liquor products.
Consultation with clients regarding the liquor products act and requirements. Assisting clients with development of new products in the market.
