I have obtained a National Diploma qualification in Food Technology from the University of Johannesburg. I would like to apply for Food Technologist Job Opportunity, I strongly believe I am a suitable for the position because I am aiming to bring succession to the Food Technology profession where I can grow and expand relevant skills and experience.
I have one year of experience as a creation and application trainee in research and development, and two months working experience as a Food Safety and Quality Assurance technologist, where my duties included QC tastings, daily verification of food safety checklists, compounding of flavours, inventory management, raw material sensory evaluations, laboratory housekeeping and application of flavours. I have acquired a great Flavour Creation and application background, and interpersonal skills. I am a hardworking, loyal and very reliable person. I value and believe in continuous development and customer satisfaction.
I adapt easily to a new working environment and work well under pressure, I am result driven and also able to meet deadlines. I enjoy working with a very reliable and productive team; I also work well independently with less or no supervision.
