• Invoices will be sent by email in response to this booking.
• Please pay in full by EFT. If depositing a cheque or cash is really the only way to pay, please add an extra R40 to the total to cover the bank fees and the VAT on them.
• Full details about payment and cut-off date are given on the invoice. Only those who have paid in time will be able to attend.
• If payment is not received in full by the close of business on the payment cut-off date, this booking becomes null and void.
• Cancellation and/or no-show:
  • Any cancellation in writing received before the close of business on the payment cut-off date will incur no cancellation fee.
  • If this booking, or part of it, is cancelled or changed after the payment cut-off date, or if a delegate does not attend, SAAFFI has the right to collect full settlement of the invoice, and to charge extra for any changes and/or costs involved.
